What are the check-in times?
Check-in is possible daily from 17:00 to 21:30. For arrivals outside these times, please contact us in advance on 02254 834264.
We also offer check-in from 9.00 – 11.00 am and on Saturdays from 12.00 noon by prior arrangement.
Early Check-in
By prior arrangement, early check-in is possible from 1 p.m. so that you can enjoy your stay with us even longer.
Late Check-in
For guests arriving after 9.30 pm, we offer a hassle-free check-in via a keyboy. Please inform us of your late arrival in good time by telephone to ensure a smooth and convenient check-in.

Please enquire in advance about the rate for our electric car charging point (11kW), which must be reserved before your arrival. A deposit of 50€ is required for this service.
Is the hotel smoke-free?
Yes, our entire hotel is a smoke-free zone to provide a comfortable environment for all guests. A special smoking lounge is available for smokers.
Does the historic building offer modern comforts?
Absolutely, as a classified 3-star hotel, we offer modern luxury and comfort in our historic building and extension. All rooms are equipped with a shower, WC, flat-screen TV, a tea set and free mineral water. Experience restful sleep in our box-spring beds of the 4*+ category and use our fast fiber optic WLAN throughout the hotel. The rooms at the rear have a terrace.

The design of our bathrooms and toilets takes into account that some guests may need help getting up. Bathrooms and toilets are easily accessible with a walking frame. Our showers have an access height of around 20 cm.
